The founder, Denny Rodriguez, has over 20 years experience managing complex litigation. He is a former Vice President of Claims and, the Chief Operating Officer, of a $40M national insurance agency, He has managed litigation for physicians, hospitals, state-wide healthcare systems and nationwide healthcare organizations. He has managed litigation with exposures exceeding $1B dollars.
Mr. Rodriguez brings his extensive experience managing complex litigation including building cases, trial evidence, strategy, communication and management to his defense of immigration court proceedings and USCIS legal process. We have experience in immigration law and court experience including representing detained and non-detained immigrants, handling Asylum, U Visa, 42B, Bond, 601A Waiver, DACA, VAWA and many other types of removal/deportation defenses from Master hearing to Merit hearing to Appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals. We also have experience filing family and other petitions.
Mr. Rodriguez's father is from Puerto Rico. He saw first hand how his father's entire family migrated to the US and made successful lives for themselves and for their children. Mr. Rodriguez transitioned his legal focus to immigration law because of the greater professional and personal satisfaction it brings in serving people with their immigration legal needs and the benefits it brings society at large.
